Sprues- Sprues for wheel casting can be machined from calcium silicate or cast to net shape.
Floats- A number of different float shapes are available for older ingot and billet casting equipment. A large selection of materials including carbon fiber reinforced board is available to meet your specific needs.
Skim Dams(skimmers)- Skim dams are available fabricated from calcium silicate board. We can assist in design of your skim dam system.
Electrical Insulators- Electrical insulators machined from Duratec calcium silicate or cast and fired ceramic.
Calcium Silicate Boards- We have available a variety of calcium silicate boards ranging from 15 PCF to 85 PCF. We have a range of metal boards from inexpensive to carbon fiber reinforced. Depending on your application and budget we have a board to fit your needs.
