Foundries Casters
- Troughs- We produce troughs, launders, and runners for conveying aluminum, copper and
its alloys, iron and its alloys and other metals. These parts are made from special formulas
designed to be non-wetted by your metal. Parts are cast to have a smooth surface in contact
with metal minimizing any mechanical attachment by the metal.
- Nozzles- Pouring nozzles for bottom pour ladle systems, tundishes made from mullite,
high alumina, and fused silica.
- Stopper Rods- Stoppers are made to fit any nozzle design.
- Gate Tiles- Gate tiles of high quality and special shapes are available.
- Pouring Basins- Pouring basins are available based on your design requirements. We will
work with you in designing your system.
- Ladles- Ladles which work with autopour and other systems are available. Ladles are made
from ceramics or fiber depending on the application.
- Stalk Tubes- under development.
- Riser Tubes- under development.
- Filter Bowls- Filter bowls can be produced in any shape or style. We specilize in custom
design bowls.
- Pouring Spouts- Mostly made from fused silica these are available in a wide variety of
shapes and sizes.
- Gaskets- Available in Q-Bloc NR and traditional ceramic fiber or mineral wool.
